DirectorJon Mancinetti, non-profit Paw Prints in the Sand Animal Rescue, and The Frida Cinema invite you to a very special screening of Loss and Found, a short film with a comedic twist that is based on a true story by writer, director, and Paw Prints in the Sand foster Jon Mancinetti, chronicling his life-changing experience with rescue dogs.
The film depicts how Jon, after suffering tremendous heartbreak, reluctantly decides to foster a dog who was hours away from being put to sleep at the shelter. Loss and Found also focuses on serious and often unknown issues faced by organizations like Paw Prints in the Sand on a daily basis, like shelter over-crowding, pit bull breed discrimination, fostering, and adopting. Ultimately, the film is the perfect depiction of the adage,“who rescued whom?”.
Advance tickets available exclusively at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/benefit-screening-of-loss-and-found-tickets-39026645748 – proceeds will be donated to Paw Prints in the Sand Animals Rescue! Moreover, The Frida Cinema will also be donating 10% of our food and drink sales to this worthy charity as well! Students with school ID will be welcome free of charge.
