Twenty years ago in the sleepy mining town of Valentine Bluffs, a fatal mining disaster occurred on Valentine’s Day while members of the crew decorated for a party. Driven mad by the experience, the sole survivor goes on a killing spree, resulting in the town outlawing the celebration of Valentine’s Day. When a group of teenagers decides to defy that order years later, a murderous maniac in mining gear begins dispatching townsfolk in bloody and creative ways.
