Anne Bergstedt is an artist, broadcaster, writer & horror aficianado. She studied Drama & Writing in New York at The Juilliard School and Lee Strasberg, and attended Film School at Brooklyn College. Her directorial debut film ‘August’ was selected for the Court Metrage competition at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, winning Best New Director for a Short Film. Combining her childhood love of building mixtapes, writing, performance, and using the voice as a vessel for communication is what led Anne to naturally carve out a path in broadcasting, working on FM radio, SiriusXM, and producing original podcast content. She resides in Long Beach, CA alongside her mini pig Olive Garden, dog Inga, flock of chickens and a foster fail kitten named Serge.
