Support The Frida By Streaming 76 Days

MTV Documentary Films commemorates the one year anniversary of the world’s first COVID-19 lockdown in Wuhan, China by offering audiences an opportunity to experience award-winning documentary 76 DAYS for free this Saturday, January 23rd — and will donate $5 to The Frida Cinema for every rental.

Happy New Year! The Frida Looks Back at 2020

We are proud to announce that in 2020 our organization presented 83 drive-in events, for approximately 17,716 guests. And we provided you with 161 diverse titles on our streaming platform. We thank the many wonderful host venues and film distributors who partnered with us to make this possible, and we thank every one of you who purchased a ticket, rented a film, made a donation, shared a social media post, or simply told their friends about our organization and events. Thank you!

The Lord of the Rings Postponed: COVID Stay At Home Order

In order to comply with the California Stay at Home curfew, please note that all upcoming Drive-Ins have been moved the an earlier start time of 7PM.  The only exception is our The Lord of the Rings trilogy weekend, which we are postponing altogether to early 2021.
