XANADU: Presented by MenAlive Orange County Gay Men’s Chorus

June 14, 2018 @ 7:00 pm

On Thursday, June 14, MenAlive returns to The Frida with XANADU!

That’s right! MenAlive is bringing us back to the time when the 70’s and 80’s collided in a mesmerizing and deeply confusing haze of disco, neon, and legwarmers.  See Olivia Newton-John dance, skate, and take on cinema’s first disco-rock-country medley in director Robert Greenwald’s beloved – and notably notorious – 1980 musical, co-starring Michael Beck and the great Gene Kelly!

Dress up in your brightest leg warmers and side ponytail as we celebrate one of the greatest cult musicals of the 80s – and all in support of a great organization!

Doors open at 6:30pm; Film at 7pm! All-ages; drinks available for our 21+ guests with ID!

Advance tickets now available! Tickets are $15, and benefit MenAlive Orange County Gay Men’s Chorus, an organization dedicated to promoting understanding and acceptance for the LGBT community, and countering the fear and discrimination that threatens all of society – especially youth – through the love of performance, community outreach, and friendship. Learn more at menalivechorus.org.

A special fundraiser rental presentation.  Comp Passes and Member Discounts not valid.
