Our 21st Century Cult series dares to get weird, presenting Ti West's 2009 horror film, The House of the Devil.

In the 1980s, college student Samantha Hughes (Jocelin Donahue) takes a strange babysitting job that coincides with a full lunar eclipse. She slowly realizes her clients harbor a terrifying secret, leading her to fight for her life and survive the night.

Shot on 16mm, The House of the Devil is gleefully bloody and delightfully bizarre throwback horror.
