Ghibli Year: Whisper of the Heart (SUBBED)

Ghibli Year continues with the timeless romance of Yoshifumi Kondo's 1995 classic, Whisper of the Heart.

Shizuku lives a simple life, dominated by her love for stories and writing. One day, she notices that all the library books she has have been previously checked out by the same person: 'Seiji Amasawa'. Eventually, her path makes frequent intersections with a mysterious boy, as Shizuku becomes enraptured by a place "where stories begin".

Based on the 1989 manga by Aoi Hiiragi, Whisper of the Heart is one of Studio Ghibli's most tangible and understated romances.
