The City of Santa Ana invites you to a fantastic and FREE outdoor concert on Saturday, September 25th — and they’ve invited The Frida to bring a film along as well!!  Join us at Plaza Calle Cuatro, right around the corner from The Frida, for a performance by Pacific Symphony’s Chamber Ensemble starting at 7pm!  Then, what better film to complement an evening of outdoor classical music than Disney’s 1940 classic Fantasia!

Dust off your lawn chairs, grab a blanket and your favorite snacks, and head outdoors for a magical evening of live classical music and classic cinema!  The event will kick off at 7pm as The City of Santa Ana closes off French Street to welcome Pacific Symphony’s Chamber Ensemble to perform a live set on Plaza Calle Cuatro, starting at 7pm!  A fellow nonprofit arts organization, Pacific Symphony has been the resident orchestra of the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall for over a decade, and was founded with the mission to inspire, engage and serve Orange County and the region through exceptional music performances, and education and community programming. Learn more at pacificsymphony.org!
After the performance we’ll take a short break, then invite you to sit back and enjoy Walt Disney’s legendary 1940 animated classic Fantasia on our outdoor screen!  The City of Santa Ana will be closing off French Street for this special event, converting an urban setting into an outdoor concert hall and movie theater for one night only!  This is an all-ages event — bring friends and family, and join us for this unique and FREE outdoor community event!
