Discover DTSA is an innovative filmmaking internship program for Santa Ana High School students seeking hands-on experience in filmmaking.

Thanks to the generous support of the City of Santa Ana, and in partnership with the Santa Ana Unified School District and Santa Ana High School’s Saintly Films, each semester-long internship provides students hands-on experience in the fundamentals of short-form documentary video production, including research, interviewing, scheduling, filming, and editing. Working in teams, interns complete a series of short films spotlighting DTSA-based small businesses, artists, and community leaders, providing participants high-quality promotional videos used to amplify their contributions in the local community. Discover DTSA participants complete their internships with the technical and soft skills necessary to excel in post-secondary arts education and careers in the arts and creative sectors.
