She joins forces with a diverse group of strangers, including a police officer (Ving Rhames) and a television salesman (Jake Weber), seeking refuge in a shopping mall. As the undead hordes gather outside, tensions rise inside the mall as the group struggles with survival, moral dilemmas, and the psychological toll of the apocalypse.
