Frida Film Club Members are invited to a special screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s 1972 thriller Frenzy, presented in a new 4K restoration!
Set in London, the movie follows the story of Richard Blaney, a man falsely accused of being the “Necktie Murderer,” a serial killer terrorizing the city. As the real murderer, Blaney’s friend Bob Rusk, continues his spree, Blaney must evade the law while trying to prove his innocence.
Lauded for its gripping tension, dark humor, and the masterful way Hitchcock creates suspense through misdirection, Frenzy is regarded as one of the finest films of Hitchcock’s later career.
