Matthias Fest: Free Community Marathon!

The Frida Cinema's seating is first-come, first-serve. For our Midnight Screenings, please plan on arriving by 11:30pm to ensure ample time for parking, picking up concessions, and securing optimal seats. Screening will begin promptly at midnight.

On Saturday, September 19th, starting at 2PM and going allllll the way to midnight, The Frida Cinema is proud to partner with local film fanatic Matthias Avina to present Matthias Fest, a five film marathon made completely free to the community thanks to the fest’s namesake!
Doors open at 1:30PM, and the first film begins at 2:00PM! You can get a free ticket for the entire marathon (titled Full Marathon Pass at checkout) or just grab a single ticket to just one free screening! The lineup and schedule is as follows:
2:00PM – Dog Man (89 min)
4:00PM – Muppets From Space (87 min)
6:00PM – Who Framed Roger Rabbit (104 min)
8:00PM – Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure (91 min)
10:00PM – Seed of Chucky (87 min)
Each film will begin right on time, with allotted breaks between. Don’t miss this eclectic lineup on the big screen, totally for free!
