Join us at The Frida Cinema for a special matinee screening of Mexican romantic classic Maclovia, presented by Alta Baja Market as part of their Rancho Gordo Encuentro Festival!

On a small Mexican island dwells a group of Indians who live in the traditional manner and who disdain outsiders. The beautiful Maclovia and the poverty-stricken Jose Maria are in love, but her father refuses to allow their marriage, or even any communication between them, due to Jose Maria’s lack of means.

As part of this special event, we will be offering General Admission tickets for $12 and a special Rancho Gordo VIP Lunch ticket  that includes a full meal of Rancho Gordo goods from Alta Baja Market + admission to the film for $32!

Calling all creature feature fanatics–your time has come! Our annual 12 hour horror marathon is back on October 18th for its 9th year as we proudly present to you Camp Frida 9: Monster Mash! 

Prepare yourself for 12 full hours of monstrous mayhem! From bloodthirsty beasts to cult classics from the crypt, we’re unleashing a lineup that’ll keep you screaming (and maybe laughing) all night long! And of course, as always, there will be some spooky surprises along the way! The first film starts at 4PM and we’ll be going all the way past midnight until 4AM. We’re offering GA ($30), VIP ($50), and Super VIP ($80) passes this year! Tickets are limited for both VIP tiers, so move fast!

For GA ($30) passes, doors open at 3:30PM, and you get full access to twelve hours of awesome horror movies!

For VIP ($50) passes, you get early access to reserve your seats at 3:00PM, free coffee all day/night in our lobby from our friends at Coffee Muse, and 2 free slices of pizza at dinner time!

For Super VIP ($80) passes, you get early access to reserve your seats at 3:00PM, free coffee all day/night out on our parklet, 2 free slices of pizza at dinner time, a free all day parking pass to our parking structure, and an exclusive Camp Frida: Monster Mash t-shirt!
