Possession

Possession is back for some Halloween Hangover encores with a 4K restoration thanks to our friends at Kino Lorber!

Professional spy Mark (Sam Neill) returns to his West Berlin home to find his wife Anna (Isabelle Adjani, in a role that earned her a Best Actress win at Cannes Film Festival) insistent on a divorce. As Anna’s frenzied behavior becomes ever more alarming, Mark discovers a truth far more sinister than his wildest suspicions. With its pulsating score, visceral imagery, and some of the most haunting performances ever captured on screen, Possession is cinematic delirium at its most intoxicating.

Banned upon its original release in 1981, Andrzej Żuławski’s Possession is a stunningly choreographed nightmare of a marriage unraveling and one of the great WTF movies of all time. Don’t miss it on the big screen!

Die My Love

Legendary filmmaker Lynne Ramsay (Ratcatcher, We Need To Talk About Kevin, You Were Never Really Here) is back with a bold and uncompromisingly emotional take on the maternal crisis with her new film Die My Love.

Starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson, the film follows Grace, a writer and young mother, is slowly slipping into madness. Locked away in an old house in and around Montana, we see her acting increasingly agitated and erratic, leaving her companion, Jackson, increasingly worried and helpless.

At the Cannes Film Festival in 2025, Die My Love premiered in competition and earned a lengthy six-minute standing ovation, and many critics are calling Jennifer Lawrence’s performance “fearless” and a “career high”.

Reds

As a tribute to the late, great Diane Keaton, we are presenting one of her most striking and under-sung performances in Warren Beatty’s sweeping 1981 epic Reds.

Told on an operatic scale, Reds chronicles the real-life romance between radical journalist John Reed (Beatty) and writer-feminist Louise Bryant (Keaton), set against the turbulence of early-20th-century revolution. While history remembers Reed as the author of Ten Days That Shook the World, it’s Keaton’s Louise who anchors the film—unwilling to live in anyone’s shadow.

Shot with the grandeur of classic Hollywood and the intimacy of a love letter, Reds earned Beatty an Academy Award for Best Director and Keaton a Best Actress nomination, cementing her as more than the quirky icon of Annie Hall. Here she is–resolute and radiant forever.

Angel's Egg

Join us for a two-day limited run celebrating 40 years of director Mamoru Oshii’s animated cult classic Angel’s Egg, now with a brand new 4K restoration via our friends at GKIDS.

In an underwater city, a young girl takes care of a large egg she holds carefully in her arms – a treasure that she believes is an angel’s egg. One day, a boy with a gun arrives in search of a bird he saw in his dream and, at first, it seems as if feelings of sympathy are developing between the two.

This film will be presented in its original Japanese language with English subtitles.
